For this reason, our services are limited to standard cleaning tasks that can be performed safely and efficiently.
Heavy Items & Furniture
Our team does not move heavy furniture or appliances, including but not limited to:
- Refrigerators
- Stoves / ovens
- Dishwashers
- Large furniture
If these areas require cleaning, we kindly ask that items be moved in advance by the client.
Safety Around Appliances
For safety reasons, we do not disconnect, move, or handle appliances connected to gas, water, or electricity.
This helps prevent accidents and ensures the safety of your home.
High Areas & Specialized Equipment
Our team does not clean areas that require:
- Tall ladders
- Specialized equipment
- Work at unsafe heights
We can safely clean areas within standard reachable height.
Scope of Work
Our services focus on:
- Surface cleaning
- Dust removal
- Standard and deep cleaning tasks using safe cleaning products
We do not provide services that require heavy lifting, construction work, or specialized technical equipment.

Cancellation Policy
We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a $50 fee
- If our team arrives and is unable to access the property or the client is unavailable, a $75–$100 service fee may apply
This fee helps cover travel time, fuel, and reserved scheduling.

Service Policy
Our services focus on professional cleaning tasks, including surface cleaning, dusting, and sanitizing.
Deep stains, permanent damage, or heavily neglected areas may not be fully restorable.
Initial cleanings may require a Deep Cleaning service depending on the condition of the space.
Satisfaction Policy
If you are not satisfied with the service, please contact us within 24 hours.
We will review the situation and make reasonable efforts to resolve any concerns
